No matter how much trouble "Dian Yu Ren Ke 2077" brings, and the actual sales of 13.7 million sets are ahead, CD Projekt Red will make much profit. It is officially agreed that this year is the best year (revenue performance) since its founding.
According to official statistics, the "Help Me Refund" project set up by CD Projekt Red for refunds has so far refunded about 2.17 million US dollars, 95% of the completed refund, and the final 5% is currently in progress.
In October 2020, "Dian Yu Ren Ke 2077" due to the poor stability of the launch, the PS4 and Xbox One platforms could hardly be used normally, causing complaints from players. CD Projekt decisively opened global returns, and the PS Store even removed the game.
CD Projekt Red has slowed down many times, promised to re-commit, and stated that it has learned lessons, including changing the company's operating rhythm, from the original five-year long-term layout to a year-by-year plan, hoping to win back the hearts of players from the fundamental change.
