According to Android Phone, some users have noticed that the desktop and mobile versions of YouTube have started showing title auto-translation options. User-detected videos that show titles, descriptions, and subtitles are all automatically translated.

Users who have submitted these screenshots to Android Police so far have only confirmed that YouTube auto translation is being tested for users whose primary language is set to Portuguese, Spanish. Spanish or Turkish. Videos with translated titles show a small translation icon in front of the title.

This change seems to be taking place on the server side, so updating the app probably won't give you this feature. Automatically translating videos to English helps potential videos reach more audiences and opens up access to English videos for non-English speakers. However, this can also be frustrating for many users because the automatic translation feature is sometimes not very good and may be misleading of the main title. It is not known whether Google will officially release this feature globally.
